Publication Inventory Search Screen

For a specific item search, enter the publication number and/or the title of a publication:

• You can leave these blank and enter parameters for a more general search below.
• The 'String Contains' toggle allows you to search for publications whose title contains the string you enter.
• The 'Exact Match' toggle will search for publications whose title exactly matches the string you enter.
• Upper or lower case is not significant.

Search for publications by Owner.

• You can select more than one of these values and the search engine will perform an 'or' when it searches; i.e. it will find records where the publication owner is Jane 'or' the publication owner is Fred.
• You do not have to select any of the values.

  Publication Owner:

  EMPLOYEE 1 EMPLOYEE 2 EMPLOYEE 3

Select a division to search for publications in that division.

• You can leave this blank.

  Division Name:

  DIVISION 1 DIVISION 2 DIVISION 3

Search for publications by Marcom Program Owner.

• You can select more than one of these values and the search engine will perform an 'or' when it searches; i.e. it will find records where the program owner is Jane 'or' the program owner is Fred.
• You do not have to select any of the values.

  Marcom Program Owner:
